Why join the g320?
The g320 is a group of smaller housing associations with fewer than 2,500 units, registered with the National Housing Federation and working in London. These registered social landlords (RSLs) provide a large number of homes in the capital to a wide variety of tenants.

How to join?
Eligibility requirements are that you are a registered housing provider (Housing Association or Co-operative) with 2500 or fewer homes in management and ownership, based in London or with a significant proportion of stock in London, and that you are a member of the National Housing Federation.
